Upper Roll forming machine

(1) Overview

Including Upper/Lower roll forming machine,Platform for upper roll former,upper/lower interface roller conveyor,In order to facilitate the production of different profile and facilitate the movement of different molding machines, a moving track is designed, which can switch the production and use of different molding machines.

(2) Function description

Upper roller forming machine adopts independent machine frame and 15 whole cantilever racks, mainly roll the connection part of sandwich board side and the plate corrugated embossing. Roll is made of high quality steel, processed by perfect heat treatment and precise numerical control machine tool. Roll surface is plated with hard chrome in order to improve the roughness and hardness as well as the service life. Each roll has polyurethane rubber roller to ensure the shaped steel plate in correct position.

Lower forming machine

(1) Overview

The lower forming machine is critical, it directly roll the surface plate of composite plate, affect the quality of composite panel surface, is one of the core equipment of the whole production line, is the first factor is to guarantee high quality composite board.

(2) Function description

Roll is made of high quality steel, processed by perfect heat treatment and precise numerical control machine tool. Roll surface is plated with hard chrome in order to improve the roughness and hardness, so to improve the service life. Small corrugated roll is critical parts, if the upper and lower roller cavity does not match well, the corrugated surface heigh will be not unified, which will bring forth uneven
